We've served up thousands of pounds certified organic coffee from El Bombo (formerly ASOBOMBO) for the last few years in both Levity and Intensity Blend. In this current lot, we paid a little extra to support women producers and gender equity in coffee. The Honduras Natural brings in a great added fruit sweetness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe called this blend Levity because it's tasty, uplifting and frivolous. There may have been a wild brainstorming session in which levity-lever-espresso machines were involved.
